Previously just an iOS app,  the Tennis Channel Everywhere app on the Apple TV extends its functionality to larger screen. By using this application users can stream live matches for $69.99 per year. If you are not interested to pay then you can view the highlights of the matches for free of cost. Additionally, the Tennis Channel Live functionality is available separately for subscribers of select cable providers including AT&T U-Verse, Cox, DISH, DirecTV, and Verizon FiOS

Tennis Channel Everywhere joins the lineup of existing Apple TV sports-related channels including Watch ESPN, UFC TV, MLB.TV, NFL Now, Red Bull TV, ACC Sports, WWE Network, MLS, NBA, NHL, and Willow. The new channel is available over-the-air without a software update.

Recently few days back Apple added Cricket Australia for the Apple TV down under, where as Cricket Australia and Tennis Channel Everywhere don’t necessarily affect many Apple TV owners, it does underscore Apple’s quest to add global and region-specific content to its TV platform.
