Apple Announces 2018 Apple Design Award Winners

At WWDC 2018, Apple has declared the developers and apps which received an Apple Design Award. Considering what Apple believes the best apps for several Apple platforms.

Apple decided a total of 10 apps that operated over iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV, with the winners listed below:

  • Agenda – It is a special date-based note-taking app for iOS and Mac devices users.
  • Bandimal – This app is a music composing app which is created for kids and it uses adorable animal-based graphics.
  • Calzy – It is an advanced calculator app for iPhone, iPad, iMessage, and Apple Watch.
  • iTranslate Converse – It is a translation app which is created to translate several foreign languages in real time at once.
  • Triton Sponge – This app uses an image processing algorithm which is used to determine a real-time calculation of surgical blood loss.
  • Florence – This is an interesting and interactive storybook game.
  • Playdead’s INSIDE – It is a 2D puzzle platformer with powerful graphics and complicated puzzles from the creators of LIMBO.
  • Alto’s Odyssey – It is a desert-based countless runner which follow-up to the original ultra-popular Alto’s Adventure game in it.
  • Frost – This gaming app is an unreal Puzzle game in which the purpose is to draw ways to control spirits to their home planets.
  • Oddmar – Oddmar is basically an action-adventure platformer game which stars a Viking called Oddmar. He is seeking to recover himself and secure a position in Valhalla.

Apple is also planning on making a video of the Apple Design Awards service that will be available online in future. It will be free on the Apple Design Awards website.

Each Apple Design Award winners get a different cube-shaped award. Along with an iMac Pro, a 15-inch MacBook Pro, an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil, an iPhone X, a 4K Apple TV, an Apple Watch Series 3, and a set of AirPods.
