This public beta 3 is not completely open to everyone, interested candidates who want to participate have to sign up at the Apple beta Software Program Website to get started. When compare with previous releases, this beta is similar to developer beta 5 and we have yet to identify the tweaks in the software over previous beta and it does look like the annoying Finder sidebar bug has been fixed.

We can expect the full Public release of this lasted OS X EI Capitan to land this fall with a lot of improvements to safari, Spotlight search and a début of the Apple’s metals graphics frame-work on the Mac platform. Where as Apple fans are expecting more on OS X EI Capitan which will have more feature and good performance when compare to the Windows 10 which was launched yesterday.
