- Tap on my Watch.
- Tap on messages and tap on default replies.
In Default replies users can type up to 20 replies which shows up on the messages when composing or replying to a text. Even you can type Emoji’s also. Where on the Apple Watch you can find these replies at the bottom of the messages screen and you have to just on the one that you want to send it.
