- First open Apple Watch application on your iPhone.
- Tap on My Watch in the bottom navigation, if you’re there already.
- Now Tap on General, once you tap on general you will get a list of options there navigate about option which is at the bottom of the list.
- In about, tap on name and enter the desired name you want.
- Finally tap on done to save the changes.
