Apple iPhone X gets iOS 11.2 beta 2 ahead of official release

For the users who were facing issues on their iPhone X post buying because of the bugs on iOS 11, can breath with relief as Apple has launched iOS 11.2 beta 2 exclusively for the iPhone X users. The beta release has been pushed via an OTA update, however, if you have not yet seen it on the upgrade page, you can head to this page and download the latest release.

A lot of iPhone X users were frustrated because of the fact that iPhone X is shipping with iOS 11.0.1 and not the latest 11.1. In that case, you will have to upgrade to 11.1 on your own if you want to restore your phone from the backup created on your previous iPhone running on the latest stable release of iOS.

iOS 11.2 beta now ships with a number of improvements over the last released version. It has teased support for Airplay 2 as well as it now supports a number of wallpapers for eligible devices. Those wallpapers were earlier available only for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.
