Apple has released the third beta of macOS Mojave. The new update brings a new Stack feature that automatically groups the files and images. New gallery view that shows the media file and the metadata of the file and contextual quick actions that performs custom automated actions on the files, are added to the Finder.
Quick Look is added with the ability to use Markup with having to exit the menu, trimming videos without the use of any special tools, Screenshot HUD is added to take photos and videos of the screen, Continuity camera is enable with the feature to insert any image taken by an iOS device to a macOS app without the use of AirDrop.
Mojave will also enable the iOS application to work on macOS. While this feature is still under development, some Apple produced apps like News, Stocks, Voice Memos have already been added. The OS has also been provided with machine learning technologies Create ML and Core ML2 and a system wide Dark Mode.
Apple recommends to install any updates on secondary device and not primary device as the update may have the potential for data loss.
