Level-5 Sets May 29 INA-DAI Stream for 2 Inazuma Games
Level-5 is gearing up for its next big Inazuma Eleven reveal, and fans of the beloved soccer RPG series have strong reasons to mark their calendars. A fresh INA-DAI broadcast is locked in for May 29, covering two very different titles at once. One is already in your hands. The other is almost at your door.
What the INA-DAI Stream Is and When to Watch
The Inazuma Eleven INA-DAI broadcast will go live on May 29, 2026, at 4 AM PT / 7 AM ET / 9 PM JST on the official Level-5 YouTube channel. INA-DAI is Level-5’s dedicated Inazuma Eleven news format, used to roll out updates, reveals, and roadmaps directly to fans around the world.
While the stream itself will be in Japanese, it will not leave international fans behind. English and Traditional Chinese subtitles will be available as options, making it accessible for a global audience tuning in live or catching the replay later.
Two very different games are on the agenda this time. One is the current mainline entry that has been actively receiving free updates since launch. The other is a mobile title that is closing in on its Japan release window.
What’s New for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, available now on Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, is expected to be a major focus of the stream. Level-5 has kept a steady cadence of free post-launch content since the game launched in November 2025.
The update history tells the story clearly:
- Update 1 (December 2025): Galaxy and LBX DLC, adding new Chronicle Mode routes including a crossover with LBX: Little Battler eXperience
- Update 2 (January 28, 2026): Ares and Fabled Seed DLC, opening the Ares Route in Chronicle Mode
- Update 3 (February 25, 2026): Orion and Lumen DLC, continuing the Football Frontier International story arc
- Update 4 (March 31, 2026): The Rising Bond DLC, adding Part 2 of the Orion Route and a new Build Rank system
Level-5 has publicly committed to delivering “free content over the long term” for Victory Road. The game surpassed 800,000 copies sold globally as far back as January 2026, giving the studio every reason to keep the momentum going.
The May 29 stream could announce a fifth major free update, potentially continuing the Chronicle Mode storyline or expanding the game’s competitive or online features. Fans who have been following the Orion arc closely will be watching to see where that story goes next.
Inazuma Eleven: Cross Is Coming to Mobile Very Soon
The second game in the spotlight is Inazuma Eleven: Cross, a free-to-play mobile title co-developed by Level-5 and Aiming. It is heading to iOS and Android in Japan in June 2026, which means the INA-DAI stream may pin down the exact launch date and early roadmap for the game.
Cross is built around a simulation-style experience. Rather than controlling every player directly, you take the role of a coach. You set your tactics, build your squad, and watch the match play out based on your decisions. Matches can also be played automatically, making it easy to enjoy on the go.
The story follows a brand-new protagonist named Yo Shiosawa, who joins Inazuma National to uncover the truth behind his brother’s disappearance. The game carries an original story separate from Victory Road, giving both newcomers and longtime fans a fresh entry point into the series.
A closed beta test ran in Japan in late January 2026, drawing up to 20,000 participants. Level-5 confirmed that final adjustments were being made based on that feedback before the June launch. Pre-registration on the App Store and Google Play in Japan opened in April 2026.
One important detail for fans hoping to connect both games: character data from Inazuma Eleven: Cross will be compatible with the upcoming sequel to Victory Road, not with the current game itself. This positions Cross as a bridge title in a much bigger connected universe Level-5 is building.
The One Big Game Not at This Show
With two titles confirmed for the INA-DAI broadcast, one upcoming Inazuma Eleven game is notably sitting this one out. That is Inazuma Eleven RE, the full remake of the original Nintendo DS classic that first launched in Japan back in August 2008.
Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino announced the remake back in September 2024, promising to retell Mamoru Endo’s first story with improved accessibility for both veteran fans and brand-new players. The game will launch in eight languages including English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese.
In April 2026, Level-5 confirmed Inazuma Eleven RE is now coming to Nintendo Switch 2, replacing the previously announced PS4 version. The game is confirmed for Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, and PC via Steam, with a worldwide release still on track for 2026.
The fact that Inazuma Eleven RE is skipping the May 29 show is not necessarily cause for concern. The franchise is at a stage where Level-5 has multiple active titles to support. A dedicated showcase for RE is likely being held for a different time, possibly later in summer 2026 as its launch window approaches.
Why This Moment Matters for the Franchise
Inazuma Eleven’s road back to relevance has been long and complicated. The game that eventually became Victory Road was first announced in 2018 under a completely different title and went through years of delays before finally landing in November 2025. The reception since then has been genuinely strong.
This is no longer a series playing catch-up. Level-5 is running three separate Inazuma projects at the same time: an active flagship title, a mobile game about to launch, and a remake of the game that started it all. The INA-DAI format exists specifically to keep that community informed and excited, and the May 29 edition is shaping up to be one of the busier entries in the series.
The INA-DAI stream on May 29 is a real signal of where Level-5’s priorities sit right now. Inazuma Eleven is being treated as a living, breathing franchise again, not a dormant IP waiting to find its footing. For fans who stuck with the series through all those delays, that alone is worth showing up early for.
