Hundreds of people gathered in Carlisle City Centre on the last Saturday of June to commemorate Armed Forces Day. This annual event provides an opportunity to honor the brave men and women who make up the Armed Forces community, including currently serving personnel, veterans, and cadets.

Recently, the Dutch Air Force conducted an exercise called ‘TAC BLAZE’ at Carlisle Airport, flying over the range at RAF Spadeadam.
